A new beginning

Richard had a deepheld desire to open a relaxed Neighbourhood Brasserie, which heralded quality local produce and showcased South West produce and artisans.
When the opportunity arose to take the helm of the site in Shepton Mallet, Shepton Brasserie was born. Knowing that the area is changing demographically, Richard took advantage and that was his opportunity to realise his ambitions.

Richard has introduced a menu comprising of quality, seasonal produce from the South West, and is proud to support and work closely with the many artisan producers in our area to deliver his dishes on a daily basis.
